Perfecto Mobile raised $7 million from existing investors as it plans to expand its Handset Cloud testing service. The sum, raised from venture capital funds Carmel Ventures and Vertex Venture Capital, will support the company’s marketing and sales plans to reach more developers and better address their needs by increasing the number of handsets available for testing in more geographical locations.
